THOMASSON: Fighting fire with sanity Another important issue that I believe needs much more attention, other than helping to change attitudes toward, and by, people with disabilities (which is close to my heart), is the environment. The lack of urgency and intelligence (by bureaucrats) is infuriating and it's time for people to stand up and demand that delays cannot be tolerated when it comes to taking measures preventing environmental erosion.
