While I agree there are problems enforcing such a broad law, some of the reasoning being used to argue against " upholding the order stopping Attorney General (John) Ashcroft from enforcing this questionable federal law,... is questionable in itself. I don't believe "artists, sex educators, and web publishers" are the people who are actually being protected from jail time. Lets face it, we are talking about trying to shield children from pornography and those who use pornography to entice the vulnerable.
I doubt the aforementioned groups need online pornography to talk about sexuality.
