Lifetime Affliction Leads to a U.S. Bias Suit

If there was ever a case that needed to be heard, this is it. The spirit of the ADA was written for cases such as this (as is explained in the article). We're talking about the kind of discrimination that starts from childhood. First, it's the teasing. Then, it's not being chosen for activities in high school because of the way you look. And as if your teenage years are not difficult enough, one must find a way to overcome the pain inflicted by society's cruelty. To deny her a chance to prove that she can indeed be promoted to management at this stage of her life is just wrong. If this case gets thrown out, it will be another injustice placed upon her, this time by the only justice system designed to protect the rights of all people. Samantha, keep on fighting!
